REST 2025: Reno Education Seminar & Training – Guest Meals

Meals for spouses and significant others, guests, etc. are not included in the registration fee.  Should you desire to include a guest for breakfast and/or lunch the cost is $45 per meal.  Indicate below the number of guests in the appropriate row for the number of meals being purchased for that guest.  There are five meals as part of REST 2025.  Therefore, the maximum number of meals that can be purchased for a guest is five.  So, for example, if you are purchasing two guest meals for your spouse, go to the row for “Two Guest Meals” and choose “1” for one guest.

Continuing through the registration process enter the name of the guest.  There might be some fields, such as “IMA Membership Number” that are not applicable.  For these irrelevant fields enter “N/A”.  Then select which meals the guest will be attending, and which meals the guests will not be attending.  In the example, two meals were purchased.  So for this example a selection of Thu lunch and Fri lunch could be made, and “not attending” would be checked for the breakfasts on Thu, Fri and Sat.  Guest meals must be purchased by Feb. 12, 2025 for the guests to be included in the Resort’s meal count for the conference.

Guests of a REST participant, that attend a REST 2025 function, agree and acknowledge that REST (Reno Education Seminar & Training), and the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) along with its partners, subcontractors, or affiliates plan to take photographs and capture video footage at REST 2025 for reproduction in educational, news, or promotional material, whether in print, electronic, or other media including REST, IMA and the IMA’s affiliate partner websites.  By participating in REST 2025, you grant REST, IMA and any of its designated subcontractors, partners, or affiliates the right to your name and image (both photographs and videos) for such purposes.

By registering for REST 2025 guest meals, email addresses and other private information provided in the registration process will only be used for REST (Reno Education Seminar & Training) purposes.
